The Gustavus Adolphus women’s tennis team lost to the University of Nebraska-Omaha 3-6 Saturday, February 14 in St. Peter, Minn. Gustavus falls to a record of 2-4 on the season.
The #1 doubles team of Elissa Bashleben and Hanna Frericks defeated Pam Le and Abby Wilson of Nebraska-Omaha 8-6 to earn a point for the Gusties. Jenni Edlund earned a point at the #2 singles spot defeating Mikaila Spalding 6-1, 6-3. The third Gustie point was secured by Elissa Bashelben at the #3 singles spot defeating Pam Le 6-4, 6-1.
