Ring-Jarvi Steals The Show, Men’s Hockey Defeats UW-Stevens Point 2-1 In Overtime

The Gustavus men's hockey team defeated UW-Stevens Point 2-1 on the road thanks to a pair of goals by senior captain Ross Ring-Jarvi. Ring-Jarvi scored Gustavus' opening goal and overtime game-winner, earning his 100th career point in the process. Gustavus earns its first win of the season and is now 1-1-2, while UW-Stevens Point falls to 2-3-0 with the loss.

Men’s Hockey Heads To Eastern Wisconsin To Take On St. Norbert And UW-Stevens Point

The Gustavus men's hockey team heads to eastern Wisconsin this weekend for a pair of games against National Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) opponents St. Norbert and UW-Stevens Point. The Gusties will play top-ranked St. Norbert on Friday and UW-Stevens Point on Saturday.

Senior captain Ross Ring-Jarvi will look to lead the Gusties as the squad's top-scorer from last season and the only senior on the roster.

Men’s Hockey Players Mitch Carlson And Ross Ring-Jarvi Earn All-Conference Honors

Gustavus Adolphus senior defenseman Mitch Carlson and junior forward Ross Ring-Jarvi have been honored as All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference by a vote of the league’s coaches. Freshman forward Gustav Bengtson earned a spot on the All-Rookie team, while senior Brad Wieck was Gustavus’ representative on the All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team.
