Rust Finishes Tenth At MIAC Decathlon

Gustavus Adolphus outdoor track and field athlete Colin Rust finished in tenth place at the MIAC Decathlon with a total of 4493 points on Friday in Northfield, Minn. Ryan Ness scored a total of 4389 points to take 12th place, while St. Thomas' Devin Dirth won the Decathlon with a total of 5838 points.

Carl Stenoien Finishes Ninth At MIAC Decathlon Championships

Sophomore Carl Stenoien finished ninth in the decathlon at the MIAC Multi-Event Championships which were held at Carleton College on Thursday and Friday. Stenoien tallied a total of 5,290 points with his best result coming in the pole vault as he tied for third at a height of 12-8 3/4. Brayden Wagner of Saint John's won the event with a total of 6,435 points.

Gustavus sophomore Carl Stenoien tallied 2,844 points for ninth place after the first day of the MIAC Decathlon Championships hosted by Carleton College in Northfield. Ryan Doyle of St. Olaf compiled 3,439 points for first place, while Paul Westmark of Concordia sits in second with 3,324 points.
