Kimbra Kosak, Taylor Drenttel, And Scott Moe Earn MIAC Women’s Golf Awards
The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) announced the 2008-09 MIAC Women's Golf Awards as Gustavus' Kimbra Kosak (Grand Rapids, Minn.) was selected MIAC Senior of the Year and Taylor Drenttel (Eagan, Minn.) was named MIAC Rookie of the Year. Head Coach Scott Moe was also named the MIAC Coach of the Year.
Mike DesLauriers And Nate Ruff Receive MIAC Post-Season Honors
The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference baseball coaches recently released their post-season awards and Gustavus Adolphus College seniors Mike DesLauriers (Minnetonka, Minn.) and Nate Ruff (Bloomington, Minn.) were recognized with awards. DesLauriers, a shortstop, was named to the All-Conference Team for the second time in his career, while Ruff was named to the Sportsmanship Team.
Rachel Roberg Named MIAC Women’s Golf Senior of the Year, Katie Schenfeld Named Rookie of the Year
The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) announced the 2007-08 MIAC Women's Golf Awards as Gustavus' Rachel Roberg (Rice Lake, Wis.) was selected MIAC Senior of the Year and Katie Schenfeld was named MIAC Rookie of the Year. Roberg, Schenfeld and the Gusties will begin the 2008 NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championships on Tuesday in Waverly, Iowa.
