The Gustavus women's basketball team opened up the new year with a 83-76 loss to Hamline on Monday night in St. Paul. The Gusties had six players in double-figures, yet were plagued by cold shooting in the second half. Women’s Basketball Falls 70-58 To Wartburg In Season Opener

The Gustavus women’s basketball team suffered a 70-58 loss to Wartburg College in the 2010 season opener on Monday night in Waverly, Iowa. The Gusties are now 0-1 on the season and will face UW-River Falls in the their first home contest on Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. in St. Peter.
