The Gustavus volleyball team bounced back from a home loss to Bethel last night with a 3-0 sweep of Augsburg on Saturday afternoon at Gus Young Court. Gustavus improves to 14-6 overall and 4-2 in the MIAC with the victory, while Augsburg drops to 10-6 overall and 4-2 in the MIAC.
Angela Ahrendt Becomes 13th Member Of Gustavus 1,000 Kill Club In 3-2 Win Over St. Olaf
The Gustavus volleyball team was able to battle its way to a MIAC victory over St. Olaf 3-2 on Wednesday night in St. Peter. Angela Ahrendt led the Gustavus offense with 18 kills, one of which was the 1000th of her career. She is the 13th player in Gustie volleyball history to knock down 1000 kills. Gustavus improves to 10-4 overall and 1-1 in the MIAC, while St. Olaf falls to 6-7 overall and 0-2 in the MIAC.
