Women’s Basketball Tops Macalester 85-55
The Gustavus women's basketball team built themselves a first half lead and continued to expand on it as it defeated Macalester 85-55 Saturday in its MIAC opener. With the win the Gusties improve to 3-0 overall and 1-0 in the MIAC while the Scots fall to 0-4 and 0-1 in league play.
Women’s Basketball 2019-20 Season Preview
The Gustavus women's basketball team opens its 2019-20 campaign today when it hosts Luther for a 3 p.m. contest. The Gusties, who lost in the MIAC semifinals to St. Thomas last season, graduated their top two scorers from last season and have no seniors on the roster, but return a lot of experience in the upcoming season.
