    Select members of the Gustavus women’s indoor track and field team took part in the Bethel Open Saturday afternoon in Arden Hills, Minn. Gustavus senior Kaelene Lundstrum led the way with three first place finishes. Lundstrum won the 55 meter hurdles (8.88), shot put (39-8 3/4), and high jump (5-4 1/4).

    The Gustavus men’s basketball suffered a 80-73 loss to non-conference opponent Hawaii Pacific University on Monday night in Honolulu, Hawaii. Hawaii Pacific’s Mike Helton led all scorers with 29 points. The Sea Warriors outshot the Gusties 53.4% (31-58) to 37.7% (26-69) in the game.
