Men’s Indoor Track & Field Currently In Seventh Place At 2010 MIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships

After the first day of competition at the 2010 MIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships taking place in the Recreation Center in Northfield, Minn., the Gustavus men’s indoor track and field team is currently in seventh place with 36 points. Max Hanson turned in the top individual performance of the day by winning the 800-meter run with an NCAA automatic qualifying time of 1:52.54. His time is also a new Recreation Center record and meet record

Men’s Indoor Track & Field Places Third At Saint John’s Quadrangular

The Gustavus men’s indoor track and field team compiled 160 points to take third place at the Saint John’s quadrangular held in Collegeville, Minn. on Saturday afternoon. Cole Carlson was the top Gustavus performer with individual event wins in the 200 meter dash (22.97) and 400 meter dash (49.98). The University of Minnesota-Dululth won the meet with 179.5 points, as Saint John’s finished second with 171.5, while Concordia placed fourth with 77.

Men’s Track & Field Competes At MSU-Mankato Open

The Gustavus men's track and field team competed in the two-day MSU-Mankato Open on Friday and Saturday in Meyer's Field House on the campus of MSU-Mankato. Gustavus tallied three to five finishes as no teams scores were recorded at the meet.
