The Gustavus women's basketball team defeated Bethel 67-63 in the MIAC Playoff Quarterfinals on Tuesday night in St. Peter, Minn. The Gusties were led in scoring by Molly Mathiowetz who had 16 points. Gustavus moves on to play #1 seed St. Thomas in the semifinals on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. in St. Paul.

The Gustavus women’s basketball team cruised to an 85-45 victory over Augsburg on Wednesday night in St. Peter, Minn. Molly Geske notched her 1,000th career point in the win, scoring a game-high 16 points on 7-of-12 shooting. Abby Rothenbuehler recorded her first double-double of the season with 15 points and 10 rebounds.

The Gustavus women's basketball team defeated St. Catherine 77-63 on Wednesday night in St. Paul. Molly Mathiowetz, who scored her 1000th career point in the game, had a game-high 18 points alongside Molly Geske who also added 18. The Gusties improve to 14-8 overall and 13-6 in the MIAC with the victory.

The Gustavus women's basketball team defeated Concordia 59-53 on Saturday afternoon in Moorhead, Minn., earning Head Coach Mickey Haller her 200th career victory. The Gusties currently the hottest team in the MIAC with a five-game winning-streak under their belt. Gustavus improves to 11-7 overall and 10-5 in the MIAC with the victory, while the Cobbers fall to 13-5 overall and 11-4 in the MIAC.

Women’s Basketball Falls 93-57 To Division II Augustana

The Gustavus women's basketball team stayed close to Division II Augustana College in the first half on Saturday afternoon, but the depth and strength of the Vikings squad wore the Gusties down in the second half allowing Augustana to pull away for a 93-57 win in Sioux Falls, S.D. Abby Rothenbuehler led Gustavus in scoring with 12 points.

Bri Radtke Named MIAC Women’s Basketball Player of the Year, Mathiowetz and Geske Also Earn All-Conference Honors

Gustavus Adolphus women’s basketball players Bri Radtke, Molly Geske, and Molly Mathiowetz have been named All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference by a vote of the league’s coaches with Radtke being named the league’s Player of the Year.

The Gustavus women's basketball team slipped past St. Thomas 66-56 on Wednesday and in the process clinched at least a share of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Title with one game yet to play. Against the Tommies, Gustavus got a big performance from senior forward Julia Schultz, who started in place leading scorer Molly Mathiowetz who was out with the flu. Schultz scored 12 points and grabbed five rebounds for the Gusties.
