The Gustavus men’s basketball team jumped out to a 12-0 lead and never looked back in claiming a convincing 90-56 win over Hamline at Gus Young Court on Saturday afternoon. Adam TeBrake led the Gusties in scoring with 22 points.

The Gustavus men’s basketball team extended its current win streak to six games with a 65-58 win over Saint John’s in Collegeville, Minn. Doug Espenson, who scored his 1,000th career point in the game, led the Gusties with 22 points.

The Gustavus men’s basketball team fended off Augsburg 63-56 Saturday afternoon in St. Peter for its fourth consecutive MIAC victory. The Gusties were led by senior Doug Espenson and junior Adam TeBrake who each had 17 points.

The Gustavus men’s basketball team rallied from a 10-point deficit to sneak past St. Olaf 70-67 in Northfield on Wednesday night. Doug Espenson led the Gusties in scoring with 18 points.

The Gustavus men’s basketball team made 12-of-12 free throws in the final four minutes of the game to stop a late Bethel rally and claim a 79-74 win in Arden Hills, Minn. The Gusties were led by Phil Sowden with 20 points and six rebounds.

The Gustavus men’s basketball team jumped out to a 17-2 lead and never looked back in claiming a 74-57 win over St. Mary’s in St. Peter on Wednesday night. Phil Sowden scored a career-high 24 points to lead the Gusties.

The Gustavus men’s basketball team lost to Carleton College 81-75 in St. Peter on Monday night. Doug Espenson led the Gusties with 23 points.
