The Gustavus men’s golf team competed in the final day of the Take Back the Night Challenge and finished seventh of 19 team with a final score of 624. Illinois Wesleyan won the event with a 589.

The Gustavus women’s golf team was back in action as Bethel hosted the 2019 Royal Match at Deer Run Golf Club on Friday. After day one of competition the Gusties are in fourth place of eight teams with a score of 322. The leaders, St. Catherine and Saint Benedict, currently both sit at 316.

Softball Set for a Pair of Doubleheaders This Week

[SCHEDULE UPDATED 4/16, 11:30 a.m.] The Gustavus softball team will travel to Macalester on Tuesday for a doubleheader starting at 4:30 p.m. before hosting Hamline on Friday for a 3:30 p.m. doubleheader start. Friday’s doubleheader was originally scheduled for Wednesday but pushed back due to the forecasted rain.

The Gustavus women’s golf team competed in the first day of the Kathy Niepagen Spring Fling and currently sit in 10th place of 17 teams with a 318 (+30). St. Kate’s is currently leading the event with a 304 (+16).
