The Gustavus women’s hockey team has spent the week preparing to face UW-Stevens Point in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. A berth in the NCAA Division III Women’s Frozen Four is at stake for the Gusties. Game time is 7:00 pm on Saturday.

Beth DeLaRosby finished 3rd in the 50 free and the 200 free relay team placed 5th to highlight a big first day at the NCAA Championships. The Gusties are in 6th place as a team.

The NCAA Division III Women’s Hockey selection committee has announced that Gustavus will host UW-Stevens Point in a first round game on Saturday, March 13 at 7:00 pm.

The Gustavus men’s basketball team suffered a disappointing 66-55 loss to UW-Stevens Point in front of a raucous crowd of over 3,200 on the Gustavus campus. The Gusties end their season with a 22-6 record.

The Gustavus women’s hockey team advanced to the MIAC Playoff Championship game for the fifth consecutive year with a 7-0 win over Saint Olaf in Saint Peter. Laura Stypulkowski scored three goals in the third period to lead Gustavus.
