Volleyball Earns Seven MIAC Honors

The MIAC announced its 2022 volleyball awards on Wednesday, highlighted by conference Offensive Player of the Year honors for Marlee Turn, Rookie of the Year honors for Maren Sundberg, and Coach of the Year honors for Rachelle Sherden. Turn and Sundberg added All-Conference honors to their accolades, while Sarah Elliott and Kasie Tweet both received the All-Conference nod as well.

Volleyball to Host Saint Benedict Thursday in MIAC Semifinal

The Gustavus volleyball team is set to host Saint Benedict at 7 p.m. Thursday for a MIAC semifinal playoff matchup at Gus Young Court. As the league’s No. 1 seed, the Gusties earned a first round bye while the fifth-ranked Bennies captured a 3-1 upset over No. 4 Bethel Tuesday night.

Men’s Soccer to Host Saint John’s Wednesday in MIAC Semifinal

The Gustavus men's soccer team is set to host Saint John's at 2 p.m. Wednesday for a MIAC semifinal playoff matchup at the Gustie Soccer Field.

Sundberg Selected to D3football.com Team of the Week

Ezekiel Sundberg (Sr., Lakewood, Colo.) put the finishing touch on Gustavus's 28-9 win over Carleton with a 45-yard interception return for a touchdown with 13 seconds left in the game, marking his MIAC-leading fifth interception of the season.
