BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Josh Kirk (Sr., Garvin) hauled in the second most receiving yards in a game in Gustavus football history on Saturday as the team took down Concordia 35-28. Kirk recorded nine catches for 233 yards, including a 78-yard score with 14 seconds left to give Gustavus the victory. Eight of Kirk’s nine catches resulted in first downs, and the senior had two catches and was responsible for all 93 yards on the Gusties’ game-winning drive. For his performance, Kirk has been named MIAC Football Offensive Player of the Week.
