ST. PETER, Minn. – The No. 35-ranked Gustavus women’s tennis defeated No. 38-ranked Carleton College 7-2 Saturday afternoon at Swanson Tennis Center, handing the Knights their first conference loss of the season while staying unbeaten in the MIAC at 5-0 and improving to 10-7 overall.
“The women played with a lot of energy and fire today,” said Head Coach Jon Carlson. “I am very proud of the team and the effort they brought throughout the match.”
