DULUTH, Minn. – The No. 36-ranked Gustavus women’s tennis team completed a clean 9-0 sweep over the University of Minnesota, Duluth on Friday night, improving to 3-0 overall on the season.
“Starting out with solid doubles matches to go up 3-0 helped the girls go into singles with confidence,” Assistant Coach Heidi Carlson said. “Michaela Schulz fought back from a 1-4 deficit in her first set to win in a breaker, leading her team to a 9-0 win against a talented team. Excited to be on our first road trip with almost our entire team!”
