Somers, Wis. – The Gustavus Adolphus women’s swimming and diving team will enter the weekend ranked No. 16 according to the most recent Endless Pools/CollegeSwimming.com Division III Top 25 Poll released Tuesday, Nov. 13.
It is Gustavus’ debut on the Division III women’s poll. The Golden Gusties are joined by two other MIAC schools in the top 25 including St. Olaf at No. 6 and St Thomas at No. 23.
The points for the Endless Pools/CollegeSwimming.com Top 25 are calculated using the average percentile rank of each team’s top twenty-seven in each meet. The Top 25 are ranked according on the basis of each team’s highest-scoring meet within the previous three weeks.
The Gustavus swimming and diving teams will be in action this Saturday, Nov. 17 when they travel to Collegeville, Minn. to take part in the Saint John’s/Saint Ben’s Mini Invite beginning at 1:00 p.m.
