Softball Posts 2-4 Record In Hawaii
The Gustavus softball team kicked off its 2011 season with a trip to Oahu, Hawaii, where they played six games on their seven day trip to the Hawaiian Islands. The Gusties posted a 2-4 record on the trip while playing against NCAA Division II competition.

Gustavus Adolphus sophomore swimmer Carley Mosher has been named MIAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week for her performance at the Minnesota Challenge held Friday and Saturday at the Aquatic Center in Minneapolis.
Riegel Leads Men’s Track And Field At Ted Nelson Classic
First year Blair Riegel led the Gustavus Men's Track and Field team with a pair of second place finishes in the long jump and triple jump at the Ted Nelson Classic held this past weekend at MSU, Mankato.
Men’s Track and Field Competes At MSU Open
The Gustavus Men's Track and Field team competed January 28th and 29th at the MSU Open in Mankato. The Gusties posted six top-ten finishes against a field that included teams from NCAA Divisions II and III.
Helland, Lundgren Lead Women’s Track and Field At Ted Nelson Classic
Seniors Janey Helland and Megan Lundgren led the Gustavus women's indoor track and field team at the Ted Nelson Classic held at Minnesota State University, Mankato on Saturday. Helland won the long jump with a leap of 18 feet, 3 1/4 inches, while Lundgren won the 400 meter run in a time of 1:01.24.

Gustavus senior Janey Helland has been named MIAC Field Athlete of the Week for her performance in the pentathlon at the MSU, Mankato Invitational on January 28-29.
Helland, Lundgren Shine As Women’s Track And Field Opens Indoor Season
The Gustavus women's track and field team opened its 2011 indoor season at Minnesota State University, Mankato on Friday and Saturday, January 28-29. The Gusties were led by Janey Helland who won the heptathlon with a NCAA qualifying total of 3,503 points and Megan Lundgren who won the 800 meter run in a time of 2:20.48.
Road Woes Continue As Men’s Basketball Falls at Carleton
The Gustavus men's basketball team suffered a disappointing 67-49 loss to Carleton in Northfield on Saturday afternoon completing a rough two week stretch where the Gusties have played five of their last six games on the road.
Women’s Hockey Battles Concordia To A 3-3 Draw
The Gustavus women's hockey team locked up in a classic duel with Concordia on Saturday afternoon in a game that included a rare penalty shot, three disallowed goals, and 17 penalties. The result was a hard-fought 3-3 tie and a three-point weekend for the Gusties who posted a 4-2 win on Friday night.
Swimming & Diving Competes At Minnesota Challenge
