The Gustavus women’s hockey team was featured on Fox Sports North on Saturday, February 12, as part of the network’s coverage of Hockey Day Minnesota.
Fox Sports North reporter Ann Carroll interviewed several players about what it means to be a Golden Gustie hockey player. The segment also briefly focused on the family connection within the team – Coach Mike Carroll’s assistant coach is his brother Steve. The coaches’ niece, Molly Carroll, is a junior captain for the Gusties.
