The Gustavus men’s golf team will play nine holes at the Wartburg Invitational in Waverly, Iowa on Saturday. The 22-team field will play 27 holes on Sunday to complete both rounds of golf. Due to a shotgun start on Saturday and scores from nine holes , team scores will not be available until Sunday.

Gustavus Adolphus College senior Rachel Roberg (Rice Lake, Wis.) has been named the MIAC Women’s Golf Athlete of the Week by the league coaches. Roberg shot 80-80 to finish in fourth place at the Wartburg Invitational at Centennial Golf Course, site of the 2008 NCAA Women’s Golf Championships, in Waverly, Iowa on Sunday.
