Jess Vadnais scored 14 of her 23 points in the second half for a come-from-behind victory. Hamline, which is 12-11 overall and 9-11 in the MIAC, held the final MIAC playoff spot despite losing to Saint Benedict 82-64 on Saturday in St. Joseph. Rochelle Sather and Mary Wilkowski scored 16 points apiece in the loss. In the first meeting between the two teams, Gustavus prevailed 73-66 due in part to 50 percent shooting from the field. Katie Layman scored 14 points in the second half to give the Gusties a boost in the paint.
