Men’s Tennis Tops Pomona-Pitzer 7-2 to Open Spring Break Trip

The No. 5 ranked Gustavus Adolphus College men's tennis team swept all six singles matches to overcome a 2-1 deficit following doubles play en route to a 7-2 win over No. 22 Pomona-Pitzer Monday afternoon in Claremont, Calif. The Gusties (17-6) will face NAIA No. 5 Fresno Pacific University Tuesday in Claremont.

Gusties Sweep Augsburg, DeWitz Fires No-Hitter

The Gustavus softball team swept Augsburg by the scores of 7-0 and 11-0 on Monday afternoon in St. Peter. Joyce DeWitz threw a no-hitter in the 7-0 win in game one and then Betsie Collins allowed one hit in four innings on the mound in the 11-0 win in five innings in game two. Gustavus improves to 12-2 overall and 4-0 in the MIAC.

Women’s Tennis Defeats #1 Emory 6-3 at Fab 5 Tournament in San Antonio, Texas

The Gustavus women's tennis team posted it most impressive win of the season with a 6-3 win over #1 Emory at the Fab 5 Tournament in San Antonio, Texas on Sunday afternoon. The Gusties, who are ranked #12 nationally, won all three doubles matches and then claimed three of the six singles matches to post the important victory.

Softball Doubleheader With Martin Luther Postponed and Moved to April 18

The Gustavus softball doubleheader against Martin Luther College in New Ulm scheduled for Sunday, April 1 in New has been postponed due to rain and moved to Wednesday, April 18 at 4 pm. The Gusties will next play Augsburg College in a doubleheader in St. Peter on Monday, April 2 at 4:00 pm.
