Gustavus sophomore gymnast Brittany Moore finished 11th on the vault at the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association Championships held in La Crosse, Wisconsin on April 1-2.
Moore, a native of Plymouth, Minn. and St. Louis Park High School, advanced to the finals with a score of 9.375 on Friday night and posted a score of 9.325 on Saturday afternoon which placed her 11th out of the 14 finalists. There were 56 gymnasts who competed on the vault at the national meet. The top 12 scorers (including ties) advanced to the finals on Saturday.
This is the second consecutive year that Moore has competed on the vault at the NCGA Championships.
