The Gustavus Adolphus women’s swimming team will have eight swimmers at the 2004 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships March 11-13. The championships will be hosted by Principia College at the Saint Peters Rec-Plex in Saint Peters, Missouri. Gustavus has qualified swimmers in four relay races and five individual races.
Individually, Beth DeLaRosby (Junior, Two Harbors, Minn.) qualified in the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle. DeLaRosby holds the fastest time in Division III this season in the 50-yard freestyle (23.31) and the tenth-fastest time in the 100-yard freestyle (52.22). Eva Miller (Junior, Sartell, Minn.) qualified in the 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard breaststroke.
