The Gustavus men’s swimming and diving team has unveiled its schedule for the 2003-04 season. Highlights of the upcoming year include opening the season at the St. Thomas Relays, the home opening dual against St. Olaf College, and the MIAC Championships the second weekend in February.
The Gusties, last year’s MIAC champions, will begin the year at the St. Thomas Relays on November 1. Gustavus opens up its home schedule on November 7 versus St. Olaf, which finished third at the conference championships a year ago. The Gusties will be in search of their 18th MIAC title at the three-day conference championships held February 12-14 at the University of Minnesota.
Coach Jon Carlson’s squad is also planning a training trip to Mission Viejo, California over the winter break from December 26 through January 3.
