Gustavus welcomes Concordia College to Hollingsworth Field for the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference season finale for both squads. The Gusties enter the contest at 6-3 overall and 4-3 in the MIAC, while the Cobbers come to St. Peter at 5-4 overall and 4-3 in the league. Volleyball Ready For UW-Eau Claire In First Round of NCAA Tournament
The Gustavus volleyball team will face the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire in the first round of the NCAA Division III Volleyball Tournament on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 3:30 p.m. at Schoenecker Arena in St. Paul, Minn. Gustavus, which finished tied for second in the MIAC regular season, enters with a mark of 26-4. Gustavus will be providing a live video broadcast of the match with Tom Wheeler doing the play-by-play.

Gustavus will take on St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn. for a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest. The Gusties come in to the game at 6-2 overall and 4-2 in the MIAC and in a four-way tie for first-place in the conference standings. The Oles enter the contest at 4-4 overall and 2-4 in the league. Last week, Gustavus defeated Bethel University 17-10 in Arden Hills behind four interceptions by the Gustie defense.

Last week, Gustavus won its second straight game by defeating previously unbeaten Carleton College 30-29 in overtime in Northfield. Augsburg suffered its second consecutive loss falling to Concordia 40-18 in Minneapolis.

Gustavus is 1-2 in the MIAC standings and Carleton is 3-0 in league play.
