Gustavus welcomes fans to Lloyd Hollingsworth Field on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College for this Saturday’s Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match-up between the Golden Gusties and the Johnnies of Saint John’s University.
The Gustavus Adolphus football team will take on Carleton in the 2010 season finale on Saturday, Nov. 13 at 1:00pm in St. Peter, Minn. The game is designated as Senior Day, as a special tribute will be made to the 19 seniors whom have devoted themselves to the Gustavus football program for the last four years.
The Gustavus football team will travel to Minneapolis to take on the Auggies of Augsburg College on Saturday, Nov. 6, at 1:00 p.m. Gustavus enters the game with an overall record of 3-5 and a MIAC record of 2-4, while Augsburg enters with an overall record of 3-5 and a MIAC record of 1-5.

Gustavus, which finished tied for second in the MIAC regular season, enters with a mark of 26-4. Gustavus will be providing a live video broadcast of the match with Tom Wheeler doing the play-by-play.

Last week, Gustavus defeated Bethel University 17-10 in Arden Hills behind four interceptions by the Gustie defense.
