he Gustavus women's golf team placed second out of 10 Division II teams in the final round of the EverSpring Inn Mustang Invite carding a 620. Augustana won the tournament with a total score of 603. Emily Kratz (Sr., Edina) tied in second overall as an individual carding 76-74-150.

Women’s Golf Ties for Third at Division III Classic

The Gustavus women’s golf team wrapped up the second and final round of the Division III Classic on Sunday at Emerald Greens Golf Course, finishing in a tie for third place. The Gusties carded a 317-316-633 (+57), which was eight strokes behind the winner Bethel.

After day one of the DIII Classic against a very talented field, Gustavus is currently sitting in in third place at +29 after shooting a 317 as a team. They are right on the heels of two tough Bethel University squads.

Women’s Golf Breaks 36-Hole Program Record, Regalado Cards Hole in One

 The Gustavus women's golf team finished day two of the Wartburg Fall Invite etching their names into the record book after carding 604 on 36 holes, surpassing the 2008 record by one stroke. Additionally, Sydney Regalado (Sr., Rosemount) carded an ace on the fourteenth hole. The Gusties placed in fourth out of 16 teams, with St. Catherine winning the tournament with a final score of of 586. 

Women’s Golf Cards Second Lowest Score in Program History

The Gustavus women's golf team finished day one of the Wartburg carding a 299, the second lowest in program history after day one of the Wartburg Fall Invitational. The team scored two strokes behind the 2008 record and sits tied in second place behind St. Catherine.
