Gustie Track Men’s Team Impresses in the 4×100 in Season Closer

SAINT PETER, Minn. - The Gustavus track teams concluded regular season of competition on Saturday afternoon in the St. Olaf Open. MANKATO, Minn. - The Gustavus track and field teams had high marks on the first day of the Maverick open highlighted by a season high from Madi Kes in the triple jump (11.67m) who placed second in a DI field. Carson Roehl brought in a win for the Gusties in the 1500 (4:09.08m).

Track & Field Lee Krough Invite on Thursday Canceled

Gustavus track & field has canceled its Lee Krough Invite, scheduled for Thursday, April 14, due to forecasted inclement weather. The Gustie men and women are next scheduled to compete at the Carleton Relays on April 23 and then host the Drake Alternative on April 30. 

Track and Field Boasts 14 First-Place Finishes at Luther

The Gustavus track and field team continued its winning ways highlighted by five Gusties breaking meet records; Rachel Erickson (Sr., Starbuck) in the javelin throw (34.93m), Annika Poe (Jr., Big Lake) in the shot put (13.67m) and discus (38.18m), Birgen Nelson (So., Edina) in the 100 Hurdles (14.18), and Madi Kes (So., Jordan) in the triple jump (11.28m).
