Men’s Tennis Falls 5-2 to Chicago in NCAA Region Championship

The Gustavus men's tennis team fell to host University of Chicago, the No. 1-ranked team in Division III, on Saturday in the NCAA region championship by a score of 5-2, finishing the season 25-11 overall.

Women’s Track & Field Sits in Fourth at MIAC Outdoor Championships, Men Seventh

Gustavus track & field kicked off the MIAC Outdoor Championships on Friday at Saint Mary's University with the women collecting 27 points to sit in fourth place, while the men accrued 13 points and are in seventh place. 

Baseball Walks Off Saint John’s, Advances to MIAC Championship Game

Trailing 10-9 in the bottom of the 10th with the season on the line, Drake Siens (So., Rogers) hit an RBI triple to tie the game and Nick Azar (So., Edina) followed with a walk-off single to send Gustavus to the MIAC playoff championship game.

The Gustavus men's tennis team beat North Central (Ill.) 5-0 Friday in the second round of the NCAA tournament, improving to 25-10 on the season.

Four Gustie Golfers Earn All-Region Honors

Four Gustavus golfers earned All-Region honors this week. Emily Kratz (Sr., Edina) was named WCGA All-Region 3, while Jacob Pedersen (Sr., Minnetonka), Max Ullan (Sr., Blaine), and Wyatt Wasko (Jr., Lake Elmo) were named PING All-Region 6.

The Gustavus men’s golf team shot a 314 (+30) in the second round of the NCAA Division III Championships on Wednesday at Mission Inn Resort and Club’s Las Colinas Course.

Men’s Golf 24th After First Round at NCAA Championships

The Gustavus men's golf team shot a 313 (+25) in the first round of the NCAA Division III Championships on Tuesday at Mission Inn Resort and Club's El Campeon Course. The Gusties are in 24th place out of 43 teams and will look to make the cut of the top 18 teams after tomorrow's second round.

Aney Selected MIAC Arthur Ashe Award Winner

The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its men’s tennis postseason awards on Tuesday and three Gusties were honored to the All-Conference Team, highlighted by Nick Aney (Sr., Rochester) winning the 2022 MIAC Arthur Ashe Award.
