Cross Country Improves Times at Running of the Cows
The Gustavus men’s and women’s cross country teams competed at the Carleton Running of the Cows on Saturday and came away in fourth and fifth place, respectively.

Football Wins MIAC Opener 36-21 Over Concordia on Homecoming
Facing adversity with starting quarterback Michael Veldman (Sr., Becker) lost to injury early in the first quarter, the Gustavus football team rose to the occasion on Homecoming Saturday and used all three phases of the game to claim a 36-21 victory over Concordia in the MIAC opener.
Volleyball Splits Two Non-Conference Matches
WAVERLY, Iowa - The Gustavus volleyball team traveled to Waverly on Friday for a pair of non-conference matches and took a 3-1 loss against Wartburg and a win 3-0 over Coe. With the split, the Gusties move to 13-3 overall and remain 1-0 in the conference.

COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. - The Gustavus men's soccer team traveled to Collegeville on Friday and took home a hard-fought 1-0 victory. With the win the Gusties move to 6-3 overall and 2-1 in the conference.

Men’s Tennis Kicks Off Fall Season at Division I Drake Invite
The Gustavus men's tennis team started its fall season this past weekend against Division I competition at the Drake Invite. Fourteen Gusties made the trip to the Roger Knapp Tennis Center, coming away with an 11-28 record in singles play and 4-17 mark in doubles.
