Pedersen Named PING First Team All-America

The Division III PING All-America Teams were announced Wednesday by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) and Gustavus junior Jacob Pedersen (Minnetonka) has been named to the nine-member First Team. Pedersen earns the Gustavus men’s golf program’s 47th All-America honor and first since Alex Kolquist and Tyler McMorrow during the 2012-13 season.

Schwartz Selected CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team

Gustavus senior Cole Schwartz (Jakarta, Indonesia) on Wednesday was selected to the 2020-21 CoSIDA Academic All-America Division III Men's Soccer Team. Academic All-America Teams recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom.

Seven Women’s Golfers Recognized as WGCA All-America Scholars

Seven Gustavus women’s golfers were recently named WGCA All-American Scholars – Emily Kratz (Jr., Edina), Laurel Ward (So., Bozeman Mont.), Erin Ericson (Jr., Onalaska, Wis.), Sydney Regalado (Jr., Rosemount), Hannah Hubbart (So., Hastings), Kristin Martens (So., Sartell), and Annika Reierson (Fy., Delano).
