Football Rolls to 59-27 Win Over Augsburg
The Gustavus football team made it three straight wins Saturday after defeating Augsburg 59-27. Michael Veldman (Sr., Becker) tied Mitch Hendricks school and MIAC record with seven touchdown passes in the contest, while Josh Kirk (Sr., Garvin) tied the program record with four touchdown grabs.
Women’s Soccer Edged 1-0 at Concordia
The Gustavus women’s soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision at Concordia on Saturday afternoon. The Gusties are now 4-12 overall and 2-7 in the MIAC, while the Cobbers improve to 9-7 overall and 2-7 in the league.
Volleyball Falls to Concordia in Four Sets
The Gustavus volleyball team traveled to Concordia on Friday night and fell to the Cobbers 3-1. With the loss the Gusties fall to 12-13 overall and 5-3 in the MIAC while the Cobbers move to 6-17 overall and 3-5 in the conference.
Men’s Soccer Back in Action Saturday at Concordia
The Gustavus men's soccer team will travel to Moorhead Saturday to take on Concordia in a 3:30 p.m. contest. The Gusties enter the matchup 12-3 overall and 6-1 in the MIAC while the Cobbers are 8-5-2 overall and 2-5 in the conference.
Volleyball Hits Road for a Pair of MIAC Matches
The Gustavus volleyball team will hit the road for a pair of MIAC matches this weekend as they travel to Concordia Friday at 7 p.m. before taking on No. 12 Saint Benedict Saturday at 3 p.m. The Gusties enter the contests 12-12 overall and 5-2 in the MIAC while the Cobbers are 5-17 overall and 2-5 in the conference and the Bennies are 19-3 and 5-2 in the league.
Football Heads to Augsburg Saturday
The Gustavus football team will be back in action Saturday as they travel to Minneapolis to take on Augsburg for a 1 p.m. contest. The Gusties enter the contest 4-2 overall and 2-2 in the MIAC while the Auggies are 1-6 overall and 0-5 in conference.
Gustavus Athletics Department Inducts Class of 2019 Hall of Fame
The Gustavus Athletics Department inducted eight new members into its Hall of Fame last Saturday night during the 42nd annual banquet.

The Gustavus men's soccer team hosted Wartburg Sunday and fell by a score of 2-1. With the loss the Gusties fall to 12-3 overall, while the Knights move to 6-6-2.
