The No. 5-ranked Gustavus women's hockey team earned a series sweep over the University of Wisconsin-Superior Tuesday evening, led by a hat-trick performance from Diana Draayer (Sr., Deephaven, Minn.) and an Erica Power (Sr., Lakeville, Minn.) game-winner.

Men’s Hoops Goes For Series Sweep Over Auggies Wednesday

The Gustavus men’s basketball team is set to return to Gus Young Court Wednesday evening for a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference matchup against Augsburg University, looking for the series sweep. The Gusties (9-6, 7-3 MIAC) and the Auggies (11-4, 6-4 MIAC) are set to tipoff at 7 p.m.

Women’s Hockey Hosts UW-Superior In Final Non-Conference Game Of Season Tuesday

The No. 5-ranked Gustavus women’s hockey team plays its final non-conference game of the season Tuesday as it hosts UW-Superior at 7 p.m. The matchup will complete a two-game series that started on Oct. 28 in Superior, Wis., which was the season-opener and ended in a 4-3 overtime win for the Gusties. Gustavus enters Tuesday’s game 10-2-2 overall, while the Yellowjackets are 13-4.

Tommies Counter With 4-1 Win Over Men’s Hockey To Salvage Series Split

After a 5-2 Gustie victory on Friday night in Mendota Heights, Minn., the Gustavus men's hockey team dropped a 4-1 decision against the University of St. Thomas Saturday evening at Don Roberts Ice Rink, settling for the series split versus the Tommies.

Klein’s Hat Trick Not Enough As Women’s Hockey Loses 5-4 At St. Thomas

Despite a hat trick performance by Kaitlyn Klein (Sr., Plymouth, Minn.) Saturday afternoon, the Gustavus women’s hockey team faltered early in the third period and lost 5-4 at St. Thomas in a top-10 matchup. The No. 4 Gusties drop to 10-2-2 overall and 5-2-1 in the MIAC, while the No. 8 Tommies improve to 9-3-3 overall and 5-1-2 in the league.

Women’s Basketball Loses Lead Late, Falls 66-64 At Bethel

Despite holding a five-point lead early in the fourth quarter Saturday, the Gustavus women’s basketball team was unable to fend off a Bethel comeback as the home team ensued with a 15-3 run and held on for a 66-64 win. The loss drops the No. 20-ranked Gusties to 12-3 overall and 6-2 in the MIAC, while the Royals improve to 10-4 overall and 5-2 in the league.

Comeback Bid Falls Short For Men’s Basketball At Bethel

Despite outscoring the Royals 29-28 in the second half, the Gustavus men's basketball team wasn't able to come back from an 11-point halftime deficit in a 72-62 loss at Bethel University Saturday afternoon.

Gymnastics Falls At UW-La Crosse 174.275-187.875

The Gustavus gymnastics team traveled to the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Friday evening for a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference dual, falling by a score of 174.275-187.875.
