Men’s Hockey Prepares For Saint Mary’s Series

The Gustavus men’s hockey team is set for a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference series against this weekend versus Saint Mary's University. The Gusties (8-8-3, 7-3 MIAC) host Cardinals (5-10-2, 2-5-1 MIAC) on Friday prior to heading to Winona, Minn. Saturday evening.

Men’s Basketball Set To Host Tommies Wednesday

The Gustavus men’s basketball team is set to conclude its season series with the University of St. Thomas Wednesday evening, hosting the Tommies at Gus Young Court. The Gusties (9-7, 7-4 MIAC) and the Tommies (9-7, 7-4 MIAC) are set to tipoff at 7 p.m.

Women’s Basketball Travels To No. 12 St. Thomas Wednesday

The Gustavus women’s basketball team is tasked with facing the top team in the league Wednesday night on the road as it takes No. 12-ranked St. Thomas. The Gusties enter the matchup, slated to tip off at 7 p.m., 14-3 overall and 8-2 in the MIAC, while the Tommies are 15-2 overall and 10-0 in the league.

Monday’s Men’s Hoops Road Game At Saint John’s Postponed

Due to inclement weather, tonight's Gustavus men's basketball Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference game at Saint John's University has been postponed until next week. The Johnnies will host the Gusties at Sexton Arena next Monday, Jan. 29 at 7 p.m.

Swim & Dive Teams Take Second At UW-Stevens Point Invite

The Gustavus men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams finished where they started the day at the UW-Stevens Point Invite, both taking second place. The men tallied 942 points behind host UW-Stevens Point’s 1,386, while the women accumulated 866 points behind Division II Minnesota State, Mankato’s 1,352.5.

Men’s Hockey Settles For Series Split Versus No. 14 Auggies

After tying the game at two apiece near the end of the second period, an Augsburg goal just under three minutes into the final frame stood as the game-winner as the Gustavus men's hockey team fell 3-2 Saturday evening at No. 14-ranked Augsburg University.

Gustie Gymnastics Falls To UW-Whitewater 176.85-188.5

The Gustavus gymnastics team suffered a third consecutive Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference dual meet setback Saturday at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, falling by a score of 176.85-188.5.

Women’s Basketball Cruises To 67-40 Win Over St. Kate’s

The No. 25-ranked Gustavus women’s basketball team outscored St. Catherine in all four quarters Saturday, cruising to a 67-40 victory at Gus Young Court. The Gusties also forced 29 turnovers and limited the Wildcats to 31.7 percent shooting to improve to 14-3 overall and 8-2 in the MIAC.

Vosen’s Pair Of Goals Leads Women’s Hockey To 3-1 Win Over Augsburg

After skating to a 1-1 overtime draw Friday night in Minneapolis, the No. 5-ranked Gustavus women’s hockey team rebounded with a 3-1 victory over Augsburg on Saturday at Don Roberts Ice Rink. The win moves the Gusties to 12-2-3 overall and 6-2-2 in the MIAC, while the Auggies drop to 9-5-3 overall and 4-3-3 in the league.

Track & Field Posts Strong Showing At Vanessa Seljeskog Classic

The Gustavus men’s and women’s track & field competed at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic Friday on the campus of Macalester College, posting several top finishes on each side.
