The Gustavus men’s basketball team is set to conclude its season series with St. Olaf College Saturday afternoon, heading to Northfield, Minn. The Gusties (10-7, 8-4 MIAC) and the Oles (12-5, 8-4 MIAC) are set to tipoff at 1 p.m. from Skoglund Center.

Women’s Basketball Looks For Series Sweep At St. Olaf

The Gustavus women’s basketball team looks to rebound after a tough loss Wednesday as it travels to St. Olaf for a 3 p.m. tipoff. The Gusties enter the conference matchup 14-4 overall and 8-3 in the MIAC, while the Oles are 3-15 overall and 1-10 in the league.

The Gustavus gymnastics team is set for a third consecutive Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference road dual meet, heading to Menomonie, Wis. tomorrow evening to take on the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Women’s Hockey Takes On Saint Mary’s This Weekend

The No. 4-ranked Gustavus women’s hockey team plays a home-home MIAC series this weekend against Saint Mary’s. Friday’s game in Winona, Minn. begins at 7 p.m. and Saturday’s game in St. Peter starts at 2 p.m. The Gusties enter the weekend series 12-2-3 overall and 6-2-2 in the MIAC, while the Cardinals are 7-9-1 overall and 4-5-1 in the league.

Track & Field Set For St. Olaf Quadrangular

The Gustavus men’s and women’s track & field teams are set to take part in the St. Olaf Quadrangular on the campus of St. Olaf College Friday. Field and track events are set to begin at 4:00 p.m. 

Men’s Hoops Snaps Seven-Game Losing Skid Versus St. Thomas, Securing 69-68 Victory

The Gustavus men's basketball team held on for a slim victory during a back-and-forth battle with the University of St. Thomas Wednesday evening at Gus Young Court, ending a seven-game losing streak versus the Tommies with a 69-68 win. 

Shooting Woes Plague Women’s Basketball, Falling 61-45 At St. Thomas

The Gustavus women’s basketball team had a tough time finding the bottom of the net Wednesday, losing 61-45 at league-leading St. Thomas. The Gusties shot 29.1 percent from the floor and had just six players on the scoresheet as they drop to 14-4 overall and 8-3 in the MIAC.

38 Gusties Recognized As Fall Academic All-Conference

For the sixth consecutive year, the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) has honored a record number of fall sport student-athletes with Academic All-Conference recognition.
