Comer’s Half Court Buzzer-Beater Sets Up 83-82 Overtime Victory At Hamline

Steph Comer nailed a half court buzzer-beater to send the Gustavus women's basketball team into overtime Wednesday night in St. Paul, where the Gusties prevailed 83-82 over Hamline. The win extends their win streak to ten and the Gusties are now 11-1 in the MIAC and 13-2 overall.

Women’s Basketball At Hamline Tonight Seeking Tenth-Straight Win

The Gustavus women's basketball team will travel to St. Paul tonight to take on the Hamline University Pipers for a 7:30 p.m. tip-off. The Gusties are hoping to come away with their tenth consecutive victory in the MIAC, which would match the program record for consecutive wins in the conference. The Black and Gold are 10-1 in the MIAC and 12-2 overall. while the Pipers are 4-10 on the year and 3-8 in league play.

Women’s Basketball Claims Ninth Consecutive Win, Tops Concordia 87-72

The Gustavus women’s basketball team jumped out to an early lead Monday in St. Peter, Minn. and never looked back on its way to an 87-72 win over Concordia College. With their ninth consecutive victory, the Gusties improve to 10-1 in the MIAC and 12-2 on the year, while the Cobbers fall to 8-6 overall and 6-6 in the conference.
