The Gustavus women’s basketball team extended its win streak to 11 games Saturday afternoon with a 60-38 victory over Bethel University in Arden Hills, Minn. The Gusties improve to 14-2 overall and 12-1 in the MIAC, while the Royals fall to 9-6 on the year and 8-5 in league play.

Saturday afternoon’s game at Don Roberts Ice Rink got off to a slow start, but the Gustavus women’s hockey team put together another impressive defensive performance en route to a 3-0 shutout victory over St. Catherine University. The Gusties, who are ranked No. 5 according to the latest USCHO.com poll, improve to 13-0-1 on the season and 8-0-0 in the MIAC, while the Wildcats fall to 7-5-2 overall and 3-3-2 in conference action.

The Gustavus women’s hockey team used a well-balanced attack of a pressure offense and stout defense to claim a 7-0 shutout over St. Catherine University in Burnsville, Minn. Friday night. The No. 5 Gusties improve to 12-0-1 on the year and 7-0-0 in the MIAC as the only remaining undefeated team in all of Division III, while the Wildcats fall to 7-4-2 overall and 3-2-2 in league play.

The Gustavus women's basketball team will look to extend its ten-game win streak Saturday in Arden Hills, Minn. as they take on the Bethel University Royals at 1:00 p.m. The Gusties enter the match-up after an emotional 83-82 overtime victory against Hamline Wednesday where they pushed their conference record to 11-1 with a 13-2 mark on the year.

After a weekend off, the fifth-ranked Gustavus women's hockey team will face off against St. Catherine University tonight and tomorrow in a home and away series. Tonight's match-up in Burnsville, Minn. will begin at 7:45 p.m. with the Gusties coming in as the only remaining undefeated team in all of Division III at 11-0-1 overall and 6-0-0 in the MIAC, while the Wildcats enter at 7-3-2 on the year and 3-1-2. Tomorrow's game will take place at Don Roberts Ice Rink in St. Peter, Minn. with a 2:00 p.m. face off.
