Men’s Hockey Swept By St. Thomas After 3-1 Loss On Saturday

The Gustavus men's hockey team suffered a 3-1 loss at the hands of St. Thomas on Saturday night in St. Peter, Minn. St. Thomas picks up four points over the weekend with the sweep. Gustavus has now dropped three-straight games and is 1-3-0 in the MIAC and 2-4-2 overall.

In a heated conference rivalry, it’s expected to see a tough, physical game and that was no different Friday night on Don Roberts Ice Rink in St. Peter, Minn as the Gustavus women’s hockey team battled to a 5-3 victory over St. Thomas. Seth Anderson Scores School Record 45 Points, Men’s Basketball Defeats Buena Vista 98-96 At The Buzzer

The Gustavus men's basketball team used a 45-point effort and a last second buzzer-beater by senior captain Seth Anderson to defeat Buena Vista in the season opener on Tuesday night in Storm Lake, Iowa. Anderson's point total is a new school record, surpassing D.L. Smith's 1957 record of 41 points.
