Women’s Hockey Set To Host Bethel For MIAC Playoff Championship
The Gustavus women's hockey team will face Bethel for the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Playoff Championship on Saturday at 2:00 pm at Don Roberts Ice Rink in St. Peter. The Gusties enter with a record of 20-3-3 overall, while the Royals enter with a mark of 15-9-2. The game will be broadcast live through the Gustavus Athletics web site with JJ Akin on the play-by-play and Tim Kennedy handling the color commentary.

MIAC Honors Six Football Players For Academic Achievement
The MIAC announced its Academic All-Conference Team for the fall 2010 season on Tuesday, March 1. Included among the honorees were Gustavus football players Logan Becker (Jr., Easton, Minn), Brian Grundmeyer (So., Inver Grove Heights, Minn.), Brad Kruckeberg (Jr., Ellendale, Minn.), Gavin Maurer (So., Morgan, Minn.), Paul Stommes (Sr., Richmond, Minn.) and Darin Wagner (Jr., Hayfield, Minn.).

Four Men’s Soccer Players Named To Academic All-Conference Team
The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its 2010 Fall Academic All-Conference team this week and four Gustavus men's soccer players were named to the academic honor squad. That group included Ben Ceder, Ben Ikeda, Evan Odean, and Steve Lundberg.
