Women’s Swimming Team Finishes Third at MIAC Championships

The Gustavus women's swimming and diving team finished third at the MIAC Championships which were held at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center in Minneapolis. The Gusties won four individual event titles and three relay titles.

Men’s Swimming and Diving Wins Fourth Consecutive MIAC Championship

The Gustavus men's swimming and diving team won its fourth consecutive MIAC title and 18th in school history. Freshman Ben Hanson was MIAC Male Swimmer of the Meet for his winning performances in the 200 free, 500 free and 1650 free.

Men’s Hockey Falls to St. Thomas

The Gustavus men's hockey team lost 9-3 on Saturday night to 12th ranked St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. Kyle Menken, Mike Hosfield and Lauren Havemeier were the goal scorers for Gustavus.

The Gustavus women's hockey team scored 11 goals in the first two periods of play en route to an 11-0 shutout victory over the College of St. Benedict at Don Roberts Rink in St. Peter Saturday night.

Men’s Basketball Beats Saint John’s 82-73 in Final Regular Season Home Game

The Gustavus men's basketball team held off a late Saint John's rally to win its school record 16th straight MIAC regular season game 82-73 at Gus Young Court in St. Peter Saturday afternoon. Doug Espenson recorded 29 points and nine rebounds in the game.

Women’s Basketball Drops Regular Season Finale 70-61 to St. Ben’s

The Gustavus women's basketball team lost its final game of the regular season to St. Ben's 70-61 on Saturday afternoon. The Gusties finished the season at 12-8 in the conference and 14-9 overall, claiming the fifth seed heading into the MIAC tournament.

Women’s Hockey Defeats St. Ben’s 6-1

The Gustavus women's hockey team extended its current MIAC win streak to 31 games with a 6-1 win over St. Benedict in Saint Cloud on Friday night. Andrea Peterson scored three goals to lead the Gusties who are now 19-2-1 overall and 15-0-0 in the MIAC.

Gymnastics Team Defeats Hamline 177.075 to 174.00

The Gustavus women's gymnastics team improved its dual meet record to 2-1 on the season by defeating Hamline University 177.075 to 174.00 at Gustavus on Friday night.

Men’s Tennis Team Defeats Univ. of Nebraska-Kearney 8-1

The Gustavus men's tennis team extended its overall record to 5-0 with a convincing 8-1 win over Division II Univ. of Nebraska at Kearney. Adam Morgan won his #2 singles match in straight sets and then teamed with Brett Morse-Karzen to win at #2 doubles.

Men’s Hockey Garners 4-4 Tie Against Saint Thomas

Mike Hosfield scored a goal for the Gustavus men's hockey team at 11:34 of the third period to tie Saint Thomas 4-4 at Don Roberts Rink in St. Peter Friday night. The Gusties went on to tie the Tommies 4-4 after a scoreless overtime period.
