Women’s Basketball Posts Convincing 75-51 Win Over St. Olaf

The Gustavus women's basketball team won in convincing fashion Wednesday night 75-51 against the St. Olaf Oles, extending their MIAC-leading home winning streak to 25 games. The Gusties were led offensively by first year guard Jess Vadnais with 18 points.

Men’s Basketball Team Slips Past St. Olaf 70-67

The Gustavus men's basketball team rallied from a 10-point deficit to sneak past St. Olaf 70-67 in Northfield on Wednesday night. Doug Espenson led the Gusties in scoring with 18 points.

Molly Doyle Named National Offensive Player of the Week by USCHO.com

Gustavus first-year forward Molly Doyle has been named the Division III National Offensive Player of the Week by the U.S. College Hockey Online website. Doyle scored four goals and added two assists in three games last weekend.

The Gustavus men's basketball team made 12-of-12 free throws in the final four minutes of the game to stop a late Bethel rally and claim a 79-74 win in Arden Hills, Minn. The Gusties were led by Phil Sowden with 20 points and six rebounds.

Gymnastics Team Places Fourth at Second Annual Cancun Classic

The Gustavus women's gymnastics team finished fourth out of four teams at the Cancun Classic held at the Hilton Golf and Beach Resort in Cancun, Mexico. The University of Oklahoma won the meet with a score of 195.90. Gustavus scored 175.80.

Women’s Hockey Defeats #10 Williams 6-1

The Gustavus women's hockey team jumped out to a 3-0 lead and never looked back in claiming an important 6-1 win over Williams College in River Falls, Wisconsin. Molly Doyle scored two goals and picked up one assist to lead the Gusties.
