Women’s Swimming Falls to Minnesota State

The Gustavus women's swimming team lost to Minnesota State University 121-155 on Saturday afternoon in St. Peter, Minn. Beth DeLaRosby led the Gusties by winning the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle.

Football Drops Final Game of the Season to Bethel 28-17

The Gustavus football team fell to Bethel 28-17 Saturday afternoon in the final game of the season. The Gusties ended the year with an overall record of 2-8 and 2-6 in conference play, good for a sixth place finish in the MIAC standings.

Men’s Cross Country Places 14th at NCAA Central Region Meet

The Gustavus men's cross country team placed 14th out of 22 teams at the NCAA Central Region Meet hosted by Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa on Saturday. Senior James Sorenson led the Gusties by placing 45th overall with a time 26:51.

Men’s Soccer Defeats UW-Whitewater in Shootout and Advances to Sectional Semifinal in NCAA Tournament

The Gustavus men's soccer team advanced to the sectional semifinal of the NCAA tournament by defeating UW-Whitewater 5-4 in a penalty kick shootout. The game was tied at 1-1 after 110 minutes of play so the game went to a shootout.

Women’s Hockey Defeats UW-River Falls 1-0

The Gustavus women's hockey team defeated UW-River Falls 1-0 on Saturday afternoon in St. Peter, Minn. Andrea Peterson scored a power play goal at the 12:13 of the second period to give the Gusties their first win of the season.

Men’s Hockey Falls to UW-Stevens Point

The Gustavus men's hockey team lost 5-3 on Saturday night to UW-Stevens Point. Steven Jensen recorded two goals and Steven Dusich recorded a goal and an assist for Gustavus.

Women’s Cross Country Places Eighth at NCAA Central Region Meet

The Gustavus women's cross country team ended its season with an eighth place finish at the NCAA Central Region Meet on Saturday in Waverly, Iowa. Senior Nichole Petersen led the Gusties with an eighth place finish (23:01).

Men’s Swimming Falls to St. Olaf

The Gustavus men's swimming team lost to St. Olaf in a dual meet on Friday night in Northfield, Minn. The Oles recorded 145 team points while the Gusties compiled 98 team points.

Men’s Hockey Falls to UW-Eau Claire

The Gustavus Men's Hockey team was defeated by UW-Eau Claire 5-2 on Friday night. Senior forward Jason Watters and first year forward Ben Ollila were the goalscorers for Gustavus, while sophomore forward Steve Jensen assisted on both goals.
