Baseball Sweeps Finlandia 13-1, 10-0 to Wrap Up Regular Season

The Gustavus baseball team completed its regular season by winning two non-conference games from Finlandia University by the scores of 13-1 and 10-0. The Gusties will play Concordia in the MIAC Playoffs on Friday.

Men’s Track & Field Places Fourth in MIAC Championships

The Gustavus men's track and field team earned 77.5 points to place fourth in the MIAC Championships Meet. Andy Klaers won the discus with a distance of 149-5. Ten Gusties earned all-conference honors by placing in the top three of their event.

Women’s Track & Field Places Third in MIAC Championships

The Gustavus Adolphus College women's track and field team scored 105 points and placed third in the MIAC Championships Meet. Senior Kristin Petersen won the discus and senior Jackie Luehmann won the shot put. Eleven Gusties earned all-conference honors

Baseball Team Sweeps Carleton, Clinches Playoff Spot

The Gustavus baseball team swept Carleton 10-4, 11-2 on Saturday afternoon and clinched a spot in the MIAC playoffs which begin next Friday in Northfield. The Gusties, the #3 seed in the tourney, play Concordia next Friday at 3:00 pm.

Chase Thonvold Named Freshman of the Year in MIAC Men’s Golf

Gustavus Adolphus golfer Chase Thonvold has been named Freshman of the Year by the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference golf coaches.
