Baseball Drops Two at Concordia – 4-6, 7-8

The Gustavus baseball team continued to struggle in close games dropping two nailbiters to Concordia by the scores of 6-4 and 8-7.

Softball Sweeps Macalester 4-1, 19-0

The Gustavus softball team swept Macalester 4-1 and 19-0 on Monday afternoon in St. Peter, Minn. The Gusties recorded 22 hits in the two games to improve to 9-1 in the MIAC and 15-9 overall.

Women’s Tennis Wins Midwest Invitational

The Gustavus women's tennis team won the 12-team Midwest Invitational by defeating Denison University (Ohio) 6-3 in the championship match. The tournament was held in Madison, Wisconsin. The Gusties, who are now 19-7 overall, are ranked ninth nationally.

Men’s Baseball Versus Concordia Rescheduled for Monday

The Gustavus men's baseball game scheduled for Saturday against Concordia College has been post-poned until Monday. The Gusties and Cobbers will face off in a doubleheader starting at noon in Moorhead, Minn.

Men’s Tennis Falls to Redlands and Claremont

The Gustavus men's tennis team fell to the University of Redlands 1-6 and Claremont 2-5 on Thursday in California.

Men’s and Women’s Track & Field Hosts the Lee Krough Invitational

The Gustavus men's and women's track and field teams hosted the Lee Krough Invitational on Friday in Saint Peter, Minn. A total of ten teams competed at the meet. In the relays, the women won the 4x100 and the men won the 4x100 and 4x400.

Baseball Sweeps St. Mary’s 15-5 and 17-9

The Gustavus baseball team pushed its win streak to five games with a doubleheader sweep of St. Mary's on Wednesday afternoon. The Gusties scored 32 runs in the two games (15-5, 17-9) and pounded out 37 hits including 14 doubles and four home runs.

Schedule Set for Lee Krough Track and Field Invitational

The men's and women's track and field teams will host the Lee Krough Invitational on Friday, April 9. Field events begin at 10:30 am and the running events at 12:30. The full schedule follows.

Men’s Tennis Defeats Pomona-Pitzer 6-1

The Gustavus men's tennis started its spring break trip with a 6-1 win over Pomona-Pitzer in Southern California.

Baseball Team Sweeps Wartburg, 10-6, 13-6

The Gustavus baseball team swept a non-conference doubleheader from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa on Tuesday. The Gusties claimed game one 10-6 and game two 13-6.
