2007 MIAC Men’s Golf Awards Announced
The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference recently announced its men's golf awards and a pair of Gustavus Adolphus players were recognized by the league. First-year A.J. Olson was named Freshman of the Year. Olson had a 75.4 scoring average as a member of the Gustavus varsity this season with a top finish of eight (out of 84) at the Bobby Krig Invitational. In addition, senior Erik Tone was named to the All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team.
Seven Gusties Claim Post-Season Awards
Numerous members of the softball squad earned post-season honors for their roles in the program's record-breaking 2003 season.
