ST. PETER, Minn. – Sadie Klug (Sr., Waseca, Minn.) is set to represent Gustavus women’s cross country at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships Saturday in Elsah, Ill. at Principia College.
The women’s 6K race is set for a 12:15 p.m. start at North Farm Cross Country Course.

Klug most recently led the Gustie women with a 15th place finish earning All-Region accolades, crossing the line in a career-best time of 22:26.5, which is tied for the 20th best 6K time in program history. The two-time MIAC All-Conference recipient is making her first appearance at the NCAA Championships, and is the first Gustie to make the national race since Caitlin Fermoyle earned a spot in 2014.
