ST. PETER, Minn. – The No. 36-ranked Gustavus women’s tennis team travels to Duluth, Minn. this weekend for a trio of non-conference matches. The Gusties face Minnesota-Duluth at 7 p.m. tonight, followed by St. Scholastica and Minnesota-Crookston at 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., respectively, tomorrow. Gustavus enters the weekend with a 2-0 overall record. UM-Duluth is 3-2 overall, St. Scholastica is 4-0, and UM-Crookston is 0-3.
Last time out: The Gusties started their 2017 season with a pair of victories last Saturday at the Swanson Tennis Center in St. Peter. The Gusties defeated Hamline 9-0 in a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match and then beat Northwestern-St. Paul 8-1 in non-league action, moving to 2-0 on the season.
