Women’s Hockey No. 2 In USCHO.com Poll For 11th Straight Week Posted on February 18th, 2013 by

St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus women’s hockey team is ranked No. 2 in the nation for the 11th straight week according the the latest United States College Hockey Online (USCHO.com) Division III women’s hockey poll, which was released Monday.  With an overall record of 22-0-1, the Gusties are one of two teams in all of Division III women’s hockey without a loss, the other being Plattsburgh State.  Plattsburgh sits atop this week’s poll with an overall record of 23-0-2.  Gustavus will look to remain unbeaten this weekend when it squares off with Saint Benedict in the final MIAC series of the season.  The Gustie women will travel to St. Cloud for a 7:30 p.m. opening face-off on Friday, Feb. 22nd before returning to St. Peter for a 2:00 p.m. start on Saturday, Feb. 23rd for Senior Day at Don Roberts Ice Rink.
