St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus men’s hockey team is ready to face Saint Mary’s University with key points on the line this weekend in an away/home series. The two clubs will kick off the weekend on Friday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the SMU Ice Arena in Winona, Minn. The puck will drop at 7:05 p.m. for the series-finale set to take place at Don Roberts Ice Rink on Saturday, Feb. 9. Gustavus currently trails the Cardinals by just a point in the conference standings heading into the weekend. The Gusties have 12 points at 5-5-2 in the MIAC and 11-7-3 overall, while Saint Mary’s has 13 points at 6-5-1 in the MIAC and 8-12-1 overall.
